Due to the death of our dear mother and wife, Jean Ruh, Homestead Division will do business in 2011 as a SHIPPING ONLY COMPANY. Homestead Seed will continue to do business as usual with no changes. If you are local and want plants, select them from the catalog and phone, fax, or email your order to us. You can then notify us that you will pick them up or have them shipped for a small fee. Otherwise, for our regular shipping customers, we will try to ship on Monday or Tuesday of the week that you specify to insure that the plants arrive before the weekend. We are sorry to inconvenience any of our customers and hope that you will understand our difficulties in resuming business as usual without our best employee.
